For the exchange of houses we will be two of us : Yette and Francis Blanchet (pictures on the right).
There are mountains all around, a lot of things to do / to visit in GRENOBLE
and in the surrounding area. You can ski in summer at Alpe d’Huez
or Les 2 Alpes (65 km from Grenoble), or in Tignes (100 km), or in Chamonix
Mont-Blanc (150 km). You've got closer ski area in winter : Chamrousse
(35 km from Grenoble), Le Sappey en Chartreuse (20 km).
We have many skis or ski-shoes which can be used if suitable.
You can also go for wind-surf in some lakes around and there is a famous
one, Lac du Monteynard, where wind is garanteed every day (35 km from
Grenoble).
The ftat available for Intervac exchange is a 3 rooms+kitchen apartment with terrasse at the 6th floor of a building nearby the railway station of Grenoble (living-room picture opposite top).
We have two cars and one of them will be available for the exchange either
a Renault Espace or a Berlingo Citroën.
Besides we offer 3 apartments for rent :
a two rooms apartment at the 5th floor of our building, for 2 or 3 people, for weekly renting, Clévacances label (bed-room picture opposite middle).
a flat in our family house located in the Parc du Pilat at St Julien-Molin-Molette, for 4 people, for weekly renting , Clévacances label (family house picture opposite bottom).
from time to time, and for this year, october, november, december and first two week of january, a one room flat in Paris 18 ; it's our son Rodolphe's flat in a quiet building close to porte de St-Ouen near Montmartre and "les puces" (kitchen picture bellow left).
